To reach our burgeoning organization's expansion plans, I needed to explore evolving the organization's structure, culture, processes and frameworks, in essence, I felt we needed to change. 'business en motion' were invited to influence my thinking on the way forward, and that they most certainly did! This process commenced three years ago and we have not looked back, nor do we intend to stop taking business-promoting decisions for the benefit of our shareholders, our customers and our people. Plans were set and communicated, deliverables were achieved, perseverance applied, challenges were met head-on and turned into opportunities! We now see a productivity-driven organization structure, a culture that is tangible, an HR presence, a mindset of change, and constant improvement. Our small company is now in the mid-big 'playing field', with evidence of the work from 'business en motion' having added significant financial returns to the company.
