Coaching is a development tool, most often applied where opportunity exists for targeted development against specific needs. Executive coaching is most often applied in a one-on-one format, yet when executive partnerships and executive teams are meeting challenges, the relationship would be coached with the process of relationship systems coaching.

a. lead your first 90 days

Transitions are critical times for mid-senior executives, moving up within the same organization or changing companies and functions. Research shows success or failure during the first few months is a strong predictor of overall success or failure in the job and future career.

An executive's role is to contribute as much value to an organization as having consumed as quickly as possible. We cannot simply cut and paste ourselves from one role to another; the change required must show flexibility for and understanding in the new reality.

b. executive coaching one-on-one

Executive Coaching is applied one-on-one with senior executives. The process involves a determination of real needs (current state and future state), a clarification of intended outcomes, a definition of what success will look like, exploration of options and choices, all based on a clearly-defined coaching alliance.

c. partnership coaching

A partnership is simply a small team or system. Commercial results undoubtedly suffer when partnerships are not well-oiled, collaborative or healthy. Take for example:

d. systems, groups and team coaching

'business en motion' works with the ORSC methodology, applying it to organizational teams and groups. ORSC stands for Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching, and provides opportunity for the team to work with the relationships and system of the team itself, reinforcing that issues are rarely if ever a person.

We assist teams to move beyond 'who did what to whom when' into the realm of collective and conscious relationship. We are faced with more challenging team dynamics than ever before.     f. leadership behavioural coaching for lpi®

    The Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI®) is a 360-degree assessment which acts as a snapshot of the frequency of leadership behavior as well as a development tool for future targeted progress.

    This coaching can be a one-off 'interpretation' session, or multiple developmental sessions (seen in options here …. This will be linked to the new page), all focusing on increased proficiency in the technical aspects of leadership.
